The hotel was not in the tourist part of Bogota, it was in the business area & more aimed at business travellers. it was very comfortable and the room was large. Major road works are in progress in front of the hotel, but our room, in tower 2, faced the rear of the hotel overlooking a park & was very quiet. Everything was very clean & it was very easy getting taxis. Staff were friendly.

- good breakfast -staff is very friendly and helpful especially reception staff and housekeeping -location is good and safe and you have close supermarkets and restaurants - room was really big and had everything you need I would back definitely

Staff is cordial as always. Super clean and comfortable bed. The room has water kettle, tea bags, Nespresso coffee machine- a plus but only get two coffee pods the entire stay. It would cost extra to have extra coffee pods. Starbucks shop is right next door. Breakfast buffet style is phenomenal .

I gotta say, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was second to none, even made me stuff that was not out in the buffet. The location was perfect. Was very easy to move around as they had taxi's out-front day & night. Will definitely be going back there on my next trip.

Great location. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Great view from our room! Can’t talk about the restaurant or gym since we didn’t use either.

Room was very large and comfortable. Location was easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options each day. They even accommodated our request for an early breakfast on the last day.

Room was nice we had a great view. Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job! We didn't have breakfast included but we went to get breakfast once. Service was great, food was good. Location of the hotel is great; neighborhood felt safe and it's about a 10min. taxi ride to Zona T.

Most of al the montain view every morning. The room service food were hmm delicious... The service was excellent, they had there one taxis, I recomend Esgar as taxi his van is big and he is friendly. Thank u Bogota🤗

The breakfast was extraordinary. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and excellent location. Restaurants, shopping malls, and green zones surrounded the hotel.

Staff is amazing (Hernan from the restaurant; Dalia, Jenifer, Ancisar from the front desk). They were all very friendly and helpful. Location - it’s in a great location, very quiet and extremely safe and close enough to Parque 93. A short uber ride or 15 minute walk. Breakfast - delicious and a great selection - managed by Hernan and his great team.
